Kevin Cummins

Kevin started working in wine retailing in the 1980s, and acquired an encyclopedical knowledge of the viticultural world. With his first pay packet, he bought two bottles – a Macon Villages and a Chianti – and that was the beginning of his adventure and education, progressing to WSET diploma level. A much-travelled gastronaut, Kevin has too many favourite regions to mention just one, and is always excited to find a new varietal or region, or to see a traditional area undergoing a renaissance.

Sean Roe

Sean has owned a pub in the Loire Valley (with an extensive list of local producers), an export business in the Languedoc and a caviste-bar in Berlin. Now he concentrates on offering wine-tasting events (often paired with art, music and regional delicacies), and  calculates that he has prepared, organised and hosted around 250 of them in Berlin, Paris, London and Dublin. Sean has the WSET level 3 award, has sat on wine-show juries and of course visited dozens of wineries in most of the traditional regions as well as Tenerife, Luxemburg, Colombia, and England!

David Baldwin

From a childhood in Australia’s famous cool climate region, Yarra Valley, David studied winemaking at the renowned Roseworthy College. There followed stints making wine across Europe, and now David runs a successful business selling Italian wine to the world. David has an all-encompassing knowledge of the trade. Most importantly, he has an exceptional understanding of consumers – knowing both the trends and how to move interest beyond the familiar.
